FILM

COLOR-COATED STEEL PLATE

Color-coated steel plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing, chemical conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and cured. In addition to protecting the zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer also covers and protects the color-coated steel plate, preventing the steel coil from rusting. The service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel plate.
